Rapid Electrophoresis, Straight Bands and High Resolution for Small Proteins

• Uni™ Rapid SDS-PAGE Running Buffer (50X) replaces glycine with tricine to improve resolution of low-molecular-weight proteins and reduce distorted lanes. Run at constant voltage of 150–300 V for approximately 20–55 min to obtain straight, sharp bands. Dilute the 50X stock to 1X with ddH2O. Recommended with Affinibody one-step stain-free or conventional PAGE gel preparation kits.
