Procedure:
1. Place the membrane in the cassette on the exposure plate, add ECL substrate and close the cassette securely, avoiding bubbles or gaps that could affect imaging.
2. Adjust exposure time and imaging settings to obtain a suitable signal from the target molecules.
3. Record the signal with an imaging system for subsequent analysis.
