GFP-Arrest nanobody agarose beads capture GFP fusion proteins from mammalian, plant, bacterial, yeast and insect extracts in 60 min. High-affinity complexes tolerate stringent buffers. VHH-only binders avoid conventional antibody heavy- and light-chain band interference.
