2X FideNova™ DNA Polymerase Master Mix contains FideNova™ DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and an extensively optimized buffer. It retains the enzyme's high fidelity and amplification specificity while improving yield. Simply add primers and template for PCR, reducing handling and improving throughput and reproducibility. A protective formulation preserves activity through repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Alongside ultrafast extension and high fidelity, the mix tolerates PCR inhibitors and performs well with crude bacterial, fungal, blood, animal and plant tissue lysates.
